Christmas: T minus 3

• Supervised boys as they painted glass ornaments
• Added musical bells to tree and Igor's bike light to the parol
  
• Wrapped all non-Santa presents
  
• Bought all ingredients except fresh meat and fish; even found brioche (Russo's rocks!), but I have to hide it to make sure I have enough for the Christmas morning bread pudding
  
• Learned the difference between Irish and Canadian bacon; the latter is leaner
• Nearly done making pecan pie from scratch (it's in the oven); thrilled that my first-ever crust from scratch didn't shrink during the prebake
