Ivan's verbal ability has progress nicely over the summer. Although he's not quite at the level of Nikita at the same age, we can sometimes have real conversations. Here are my favorite phrases so far:
- Mommy, 'n go. = Mommy, don't go.
- Come wi me. = Come with me.
- Hi, Mammy poop. [I answer, Hi, Vanny poop.]
It's really funny when he tries to shoot you: Jus! Jus!
