Conference fatigue

And I'm not even at a conference right now. I just returned from the 4C's last Saturday, and have another conference in May (for which I'm still conducting research). Plus there are proposals for two conferences due within the next few weeks. At the moment, I'm completely out of ideas for papers. If this isn't enough, I'm taking over the helm of the Council for Systems Biology in Boston - which means I get to help organize (scientific) conferences! So, I'm wondering whether I should sit out on teaching conferences for now...
